Lotte Chemical Flare Stack Construction

For the construction of a new 60-meter flare stack at the Lotte Chemical Titan complex, our team provided critical heavy lift and high-access support. The primary challenge was the precise erection of heavy sections at challenging heights, requiring a crane with significant reach and maneuverability within a congested plant environment.

Our solution involved deploying a 200-ton Kato mobile crane equipped with a luffing jib for the main lifts. This specialized configuration provided the vertical and horizontal reach needed to navigate existing infrastructure. In tandem, a 41-meter boom lift was utilized to provide safe and flexible access for workers to complete assembly and inspection tasks. Managed by our experienced crew, the project was completed safely and on schedule.
